Over the past 25 years, KELY has been dedicated to identifying and providing relevant support and opportunities to equip young people who may be at-risk of drug and alcohol misuse. Last year, KELY was able to reach more than 34,000 young people and deliver 565 workshops and training.
Since 2008, KELY has been partnering with The Peninsula Boutique to help Hong Kong’s young people make informed choices about drug and alcohol.
