Role Overview:

As a Manager / Assistant Manager within our dynamic Communications and Development team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing KELY Support Group’s mission by executing the organisation’s communications, marketing, and development efforts. This position is responsible for designing and executing impactful campaigns and events, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring KELY’s brand remains consistent and visible across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project & Campaign Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for KELY’s signature events and campaigns, from concept to post-event evaluation.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with external service providers, including but not limited to production houses, design firms, logistics contractors, agencies and vendors.
  • Marketing & Communications
    • Manage marketing materials tailored for online and offline channels to maximize programme promotion and event visibility.
    • Oversee content creation across website, eDM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
    • Maintain brand integrity across all communications, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity.
  • Media & Public Relations
    • Build and maintain media lists, pitch stories, coordinate interviews, press events and monitor coverage.
    • Draft press releases, speeches, and other public relations materials to enhance KELY’s visibility.
  • Collaboration & Integration
    • Work closely with programme and services teams to ensure cohesive marketing approaches that amplify impact.
    • Analyze feedback from programme participants and the public to inform marketing strategies and content development.

Who You Are:

  • Degree holder in marketing, event management, public relations, communications or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, event management and fundraising.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Creative storyteller with a passion for youth empowerment and community engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
