CORPORATE LUNCH & LEARN WORKSHOPS

Building Resilient Teams, Redefining Workplace Wellness

We delivered dynamic and inspiring Corporate Lunch & Learn workshops that translated our youth-centred expertise into practical learning for professionals and parents. Across five focused sessions, we equipped attendees with evidence-informed strategies, real-world insights, and actionable tools to support young people while strengthening workplace wellbeing and family relationships. The workshop drew strong attendance and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants and corporate partners.

Our Corporate Lunch & Learn workshops successfully broadened our impact beyond youth-facing programmes to empower working professionals and parents. By translating youth expertise into workplace and family practice, we strengthened community resilience and created sustainable pathways for support across home and work environments.
