Terms and Conditions

  1. Attendees must have a ticket for entry. Each ticket allows admission for one person only.
  2. Attendees must be over the age of 16.
  3. Interested parties may reserve a ticket online prior to the event. One person can reserve up to two tickets per submission. The reservation system will be closed at 8:00 AM on 28 April, 2023 (Friday).
  4. The Organiser had reserved a small amount of tickets for on-site registration. Said tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be stopped once sold-out.
  5. On the day of the workshop, ticket holders should report at the Reception counter at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop, and present the e-ticket . If ticket holder still has not showed up 5 minutes prior to the start of the workshop, the Organiser has the right to reassign the place for on-site registration. No refund will be provided.
  6. Once sold, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
  7. Proceeds of the tickets will be donated in full to KELY Support Group for its mental health related services and programmes.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of KELY Support Group should be final.
