Young people in Hong Kong are silently facing immense academic, emotional, and future challenges as they grow. Yet, with the right support and a listening ear, every young life holds infinite potential. Your support provides the boost they need to overcome hurdles and pursue their dreams with confidence.
For this reason, KELY Support Group is deeply honoured to be selected as a beneficiary charity for the “Marathon Charity Programme of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2027”. We are currently recruiting charity runners and warmly invite you to join us in "Running For Youth Future." Challenge yourself on the race track while providing tangible support for the positive development and mental wellbeing of Hong Kong's youth.

Runner Fundraising
All successfully allocated participants must donate the specified minimum fundraising amount by the designated date to formally confirm their charity race slot. As spaces are strictly limited, priority will be given to applicants who pledge a higher fundraising target. (A tax-deductible receipt will be issued for donations of HK$100 or more.)

How to Become a KELY Charity Runner?
Please fill out and submit the online registration form. Note that this form is for initial registration only; submission does not guarantee an entry slot. Spaces are limited and allocated on a rolling basis. To help us maximise our impact, priority will be given to applicants who pledge a higher fundraising target.

Charity Runner Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Slot Allocation
- Submitting a registration form does not guarantee an entry slot. Slots will be allocated based on a comprehensive assessment of the applicant's pledged fundraising target; priority will be given to those with higher targets.
- Participants must complete the prepaid minimum donation and register via the official race system before the deadline to confirm eligibility. KELY Support Group reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed slots and release them to waitlisted applicants.
2. Fundraising & Refund Policy
- Participants pledge to raise or donate the required minimum fundraising amount for their selected category (HK$3,000 for 10km; HK$5,000 for Half Marathon & Marathon).
- All third-party donations made to KELY Support Group are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the participant races.
- If a participant withdraws due to personal reasons (e.g., injury, schedule changes), submitted donations will not be refunded, and race slots can not be privately transferred or resold.
3. Official Race Compliance
- Charity runners must strictly adhere to all race rules, age restrictions, health guidelines, and safety regulations set by the race organiser, the Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates, for the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2027.
- KELY Support Group is responsible only for charity slot nominations and fundraising matters; the organiser retains the ultimate right to determine a participant's eligibility to race.
4. Disclaimer & Insurance
- Participants are responsible for evaluating their own physical fitness for the event.
- KELY Support Group assumes no legal liability for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during training, fundraising activities, or on race day.
5. Data Privacy & Media Publicity
- Photographs and videos taken of participants during the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2027 may be used by KELY Support Group for purposes including, but not limited to, annual reports, websites, public events, promotional materials, media coverage, and social media platforms.
- Personal data provided will be used solely for registration processing, tax receipt, and sending fundraising updates.
6. Final Rights
- KELY Support Group reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the terms of this event at any time, as well as the right of final interpretation and decision.
