KELY’s Mooncake Charity Sale 2022

Terms & Conditions:

1. Order deadline: 8 August 2022 or while stocks last.
2. No refund or exchange for any other products or services for cancellation of confirmed order. No further change on shipment methods can be made.
3. Redemption at The Peninsula Mooncakes Redemption Centre
a. Redemption voucher will be sent out from 15 August 2022 by registered post.
b. Redemption Period: Please redeem your mooncakes at the address below from 26 August to 30 August 2022 (Friday to Tuesday), 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. Expired or unused vouchers will not be extended nor refunded.

4. Pick-up at KELY office
a. Present your order confirmation email with name and mobile number clearly shown for identification.
b. Pick up period: Please pick up your mooncakes at KELY’s office on 25/26/27/29/30/31 August 2022 (Thursday to Wednesday, not applicable for Sunday), 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.

5. Delivery
a. Delivery can be arranged to a single location for each purchase at a delivery charge of HK$100. Customers can enjoy a free delivery service upon a single net purchase of HK$3,000 or above.
b. Delivery is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marines.
c. Delivery date is 25 - 27 August 2022 (Thursday to Saturday), between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.
d. Delivery will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted. Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
e. KELY reserves the right to levy an additional delivery charge if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
6. KELY Support Group and The Peninsula Boutique reserve the right to make the final decision.
7. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
