Terms and Conditions

• Orders placed during the Early Bird Period will be dispatched after 1 August. After the early bird period, vouchers / e-vouchers will be sent in 3-5 workings upon confirmation.

• All mooncake vouchers will be sent by standard local post service unless otherwise requested. If you would like to receive e-vouchers, please specify in the Order Notes.

• Free delivery of physical mooncake sets to one address can be arranged for orders over HK$3,000 with processing time of 7 working days. For every extra location, an additional delivery fee of HK$350 will be charged per address. Please specify in the Order Notes. Orders totaling HK$2,999 or below will be sent as mooncake vouchers to the specified address. For any other requests, please contact the KELY team at event@kely.org.

• The best-before date is 3 November 2025. Each mooncake is Individually packaged. No need to refrigerate unless opened. Please store in a cool, dry place.

• Refunds or cancellations are not allowed once order and payment is made and confirmed.

• Tax-deductible receipts not be issued for the purchase of the charity mooncake sets.
