Project Connect is KELY's mental health youth referral service, where our empathetic and experienced team can help guide you as you seek help. Project Connect is FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.

Who Does Project Connect Help?

• Young people aged 14-24
• Young people concerned with topics such as:
• Mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety
  
• Suicidal thoughts
• Self-harming behaviour
• Addiction

How Does it Work?

1. Reach out to us through whatever channel feels comfortable to you:

2. Our experienced staff will respond to you during our operational hours, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm to listen and to understand your unique situation.
   
3. With your consent, our staff will make a referral to one of our partner organisations who can provide free counselling services based on your unique needs.
   
4. After connecting you to our partner organisation, we'll continue to check up on you to make sure you're getting the help that you need and connect you to additional support as needed.
