About KELY Support Group (KELY)

KELY is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for youth to grow, offering programmes that build skills, knowledge, and opportunities for positive decision-making. The goal is to help them become active, contributing members of society.

Our programmes focus on:

  • Reducing mental health stigma
  • Teaching healthy emotional coping strategies
  • Empowering young people to support their peers through evidence-based emotional skills

Recruitment Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field
  • Experience: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating workshops for youth is a plus
  • Language: English, Cantonese, Putonghua and other languages are also welcome
  • Additional Requirement: Willingness to participate in research studies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging group activities and small discussions for secondary school students and community youth
  • Assist with session logistics and programme coordination
  • Support and volunteer in youth activities
