Marketing & Event Officer (Part-time)


  • To assist the Communications and Development Manager for the project management of KELY’s fundraising, branding and community engagement campaigns (both physical and virtual), from planning, implementation to evaluation, this may include but is not limited to:
    1. Solicitation of venues, sponsors, manpower management, oversee the on-day logistics, run post-event follow up etc.
    2. Prepare promotional content such as webpage, eDM, flyers and social media content etc.
    3. Provide support to the working committee, such as drafting progress reports and minutes
  • Utilise the CRM system for data management and stakeholder engagement
  • Follow up with sponsorship asks and coordinate with related fulfillments and logistics
  • Any ad-hoc duties as needed


  • Degree holder with solid experience in communications, fundraising or marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in event management or coordination, experience in organising large scale and complex events is highly desirable
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Able to meet schedules and deadlines while attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • High level of analytical and written skill – fluent in written and spoken English with strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge in photo or video editing software will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

This is a 1 year contract.
