Programme Coordinator (Mental Health & Wellbeing)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the mental health and wellbeing team to deliver programmes in both Chinese and English Medium of Instruction Schools 
  • Monitor and evaluate programme impact
  • Establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
  • Provide support in the development of new programmes and other initiatives where needed
  • Support and participate in organisation event
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required
  • Perform weekend work occasionally 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline, a Master’s Degree would be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an NGO setting, experience in working with young people or mental health area would be preferable
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; comprehension of Cantonese will be an asset
  • Experience in programme evaluation would be preferable
  • Good presentation skill and knowledge in delivering workshop
  • Strong organisational and critical analysis skills

Youth Services Officer (Drug and Alcohol)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver drug and alcohol awareness workshops / programme in both English and Cantonese
  • Establish relationships and engage with youth participants during and outside of programme
  • Assist in workshop planning, content development and programme evaluation
  • Coordinate student volunteers/interns
  • Assist in managing social media account
  • Assist in day-to-day team operations and perform ad hoc duties as needed
  • Support in organisational wide event
  • Perform weekend work occasionally

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Social Science, Public Health or related disciplines
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; comprehension of Cantonese will be preferable
  • Experience and interest in youth related health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ability to deliver workshops and presentation in small or large scale setting
  • Strong team player with ability and confidence to work independently
  • Non-judgmental and empathetic, with the ability to relate to young people
