Are you ready to have an impactful Summer time? Are you eager to immerse yourself in the NGO sector and gain invaluable hands-on experience? If you have an unwavering passion for empowering youth to reach their full potential, don’t miss the chance to embrace the extraordinary opportunity as KELY’s Summer Intern this year!

We are looking for students who are passionate about youth work to join our one-month summer internship programme from July to August 2025. This may be the transformative journey that will shape your future. Join us as KELY’s Intern and unlock the doors to a summer like no others.

Internship Period: 14 Jul - 15 Aug 2025

Working Time: Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM (except public holidays)

Work location: On-site at KELY's Central / San Po Kong office (subject to scheduling)

  • Students aged 18-24 who will be staying in Hong Kong during Summer 2025, and will proceed to pursue an Undergraduate Degree/ Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent in the coming academic year.
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Interested in working with youth and in the NGO sector.
  • Creative, responsible, willing to learn and a good team-player.
  • Full commitment in the one-month internship programme.

Interns will be working on various projects across teams during the internship, depending on the skill-sets and previous experience of the candidates.

Please prepare the following documents prior to submitting the application form:

  • Your CV (in English)
  • 50-100 words in English for self-introduction, stating the reason(s) why you are interested in this internship and your expectation(s) from the programme
  • 100-150 words in Chinese/English, sharing one of the challenges that you observe young people are facing about Mental Health Crisis, and what initiative you would suggest for engaging them and responding to this specific need
  • (Optional) You may upload documents showing your additional skills e.g. event planning, marketing, social media content development, graphic design, blog writing, translation, etc.
