According to our latest Youth Mental Health Survey, more than half of  over 1,300 local youth aged 14 - 24 rated themselves as being more than somewhat stressed, but 60% of them were reluctant to seek help for their mental health conditions. Does this resonate with you?

KELY recognises young people’s needs at the moment, and we are here to support youth throughout their help seeking journey, no matter what they may be going through. 

With the launch of Project Connect in Feb 2022 – a youth mental health referral service, young people can learn more about the help seeking journey and if ready,  explore their needs through an initial assessment. We will then provide essential resources, or refer onto professional services for longer term support - but- only when they are ready!
