Alcohol First Aid Training
The Alcohol First Aid Training aims to equip young adults with knowledge and skills to recognise alcohol misuse, understand its impacts, and identify the support services and treatments available. Intended for anyone who has or will have regular contact with people who are affected by alcohol use, participants will learn practical skills to prevent and minimise alcohol-related risks, and how to talk to someone about their alcohol use without being confrontational.
KELY can provide training at tertiary institutions and universities. Every participant will receive an “alcohol first aid info kit”. Upon successful completion of the training, students will be awarded certificates. To increase alcohol awareness at campus and for young adults, institutions can organize campaigns or outreach services with students under the guidance of KELY.
Target audience: University students or young adults
