Our Response to 2025 Policy Address
KELY Support Group wholeheartedly endorses the HKSAR The Chief 2025 Policy Address commitment to youth mental health, notably the regularisation of the Three-Tier School-based Emergency Mechanism, promotion of the 4Rs Mental Health Charter in schools, and integration of AI-enhanced text counseling for cyber youth support.
